OUR WORK

Our work focuses on the practical drivers that determine whether integrity holds under pressure.

We support organisations across four interconnected capability areas that together address the full lifecycle of organisational integrity.

DESIGNING THE SYSTEM

  • We help organisations see the bigger picture of how their integrity systems work as a whole and support them in the design of their programme - ensuring that their compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, governance and decision-making structures support ethical behaviour in practice.

    Our work includes:

    • ethics and compliance programme strategy

    • programme design and enhancement

    • integrity and ESG risk assessments

    • codes of conduct, policies and procedures

    • independent programme reviews and effectiveness assessments

RESPONDING TO ISSUES

  • We help organisations shape the culture and leadership behaviours that determine how people actually act – ensuring that expectations around ethics and integrity are clearly understood, consistently modelled by leaders and embedded in everyday decision-making.

    Our work includes:

    • ethical culture assessments and diagnostics

    • leadership coaching and ethical leadership development

    • training programmes

    • internal communications

    • practical strategies to embed ethical behaviour in day-to-day business decisions

SURFACING PROBLEMS

  • We help organisations create environments where concerns surface early and people feel safe to raise issues – ensuring that potential problems become visible and can be addressed before they escalate.

    Our work includes:

    • speak-up culture assessments and diagnostics

    • assessment and strengthening of psychological safety

    • reviews of emerging cultural and behavioural red flags

    • whistleblowing programme reviews

    • designing clear reporting channels and feedback mechanisms

SHAPING BEHAVIOUR

Together, these areas of work support organisations in demonstrating the adequacy of their procedures in practice, including through ongoing monitoring, continuous improvement and effective response to issues – key expectations of regulators when assessing programme effectiveness.

We have developed a suite of focused diagnostic and advisory tools aligned to each stage of the integrity lifecycle. Detailed product sheets are available on request.

  • We help organisations respond effectively when concerns arise – ensuring issues are addressed efficiently, robustly and fairly, using a human-centred approach that protects people, the organisation and its integrity.

    Our work includes:

    • outsourced case management through our Ethics Triage model

    • triage and assessment of concerns as they are reported

    • investigation strategy and oversight

    • independent investigations or support to internal investigation teams

    • investigation reporting to relevant stakeholders

    • advising on and supporting the tracking of lessons learned and remediations

  • We provide independent intake and assessment of concerns, advise on investigation strategy and support organisations to ensure issues are addressed efficiently, fairly and with a human-centred approach.

Resourcing investigations internally can be complex and resource-intensive. Our model provides flexible access to senior expertise, enabling organisations to respond effectively while maintaining objectivity and consistency.

We work closely with internal teams and external advisors, acting as a trusted partner to guide investigations, support decision-making and ensure appropriate outcomes and follow-up actions.
